The team at Webmama have always been professional and extremely helpful in their dealings with my company. When our shop initially went online there was a lot of functionality that we required that wasn't present including the ability to provide any meaningful management information. That said, Webmama were already developing a new shopping cart which included many of the required features. With no cost to us, Webmama created a bespoke website template which was far more customer friendly and professional than what we had previously. Of course, in any testing arena, there have been blips along the way. Coupled with some repeated requests, this did prolong the process of getting the new site live.
