How long will it take before I can work on my site?
Instantly, unless you are transferring a domain name or changing DNS which could take from 5 hours to up to 5 days. If you get domain from us it can be done with 24-48 hours.
Can I change to a different plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time using your Admin Panel. There are no additional fee when switching ecommerce hosting plans only the difference in package price is payable. |

Do I need my own SSL certificate?
We do recommend purchasing your own SSL certificate should you wish to use or you can use our shared green bar SSL for free (available for Professional & Enterprise solutions).
