How do I load my list into my Webmama E-mail Marketing account?
Loading your mailing list into your account is easy! All you have to do is upload your database by following our easy to use instructions. If you have a database in Microsoft Excel (or any other database program), then you just save it as a CSV, click 'upload', and you're done!

What if I don't have an email list?
No problem...it's time to get started and we're here to help! At one point everyone started off without a mailing list, so your situation is not unique and we have powerful tools to help get things rolling. You can easily put a 'mailing list signup box' on your website that will allow your site visitors to easily & automatically enroll for your mailing list.
We also encourage you to invite people to join your mailing list at conferences, trade shows, meetings, sales calls and any other time you're engaging your customer.

Can people automatically unsubscribe from my mailing list?
Yes. The entire process is automated. All someone has to do is click the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of your email campaign and then they will be automatically blocked from future mailings.

Can I see who has clicked a link in my email?
Yes! You can see a break-down of clicks for all the links in your email and can even drill down to the details and see which person clicked on each link. Of course, we'll show you the date & time that happened, too.

Does Webmama E-mail marketing show me information about bounces?
Yes. Managing bounces is a very important part of e-mail marketing and we make it easy. For each campaign you will see a total number of bounces. You can then view that list, export it, or use our list cleaning feature to block those addresses from future mailings.

Can I see who has forwarded my email?
Absolutely! With Webmama E-mail Marketing's "Forward To A Friend" feature, each person who receives the email will be able to forward it along to their friends and even attach a personal message. You will be able to see who is forwarding your message and spreading the word about your company.

How quickly do the reports update?

Yes! Webmama Email Marketing has spam feedback loops with all the major ISPs and we are always working with new ISPs to help develop their feedback loop program. Having a feedback loop means that if someone clicks "This is spam" on AOL for example, a message is sent automatically to our system so that subscriber can be removed from your mailing list.
